西门子DP3闭环动力解决方案成功应用于A5000型深水半潜式钻井平台
半潜式平台DP3闭环短路试验一次成功
继“蓝鲸1号”和“蓝鲸2号”深水半潜式钻井平台之后的又一成功案例
配备了西门子DP3闭环动力解决方案的A5000型“海洋石油982”深水半潜式钻井平台近日顺利完成海上DP3闭环动力控制试验，实现了半潜式平台DP3闭环短路试验的一次成功。该钻井平台由大连船舶重工集团海洋工程有限公司（大船海工）承建，船东为中海油田服务股份有限公司。这也是继由中集来福士打造的“蓝鲸1号”和“蓝鲸2号”深水半潜式钻井平台之后，西门子DP3闭环动力解决方案在中国实船上的又一次成功应用。
西门子为大船海工A5000型“海洋石油982”深水半潜式钻井平台提供了西门子最先进的DP3闭环动力配电系统，包括中低压配电、变压器、变频推进系统、变频钻井系统、UPS等。该系统能够在发生恶劣的短路故障时迅速切断并隔离故障点，非故障部分的运行设备在此期间能够保证正常运行；系统还备有故障穿越的能力，可以保障平台的动力定位。另外，该系统可以实现全船失电情况下发电以及与用户的快速软启动、软连接，降低了系统的冲击影响，具有迅速恢复供电、恢复定位能力的特点。
半潜平台DP3闭环动力控制系统是当前海洋工程领域领先的动力系统控制技术。据测算，在闭环模式下该钻井平台发电机组的平均运行时间可减少39%左右，大大减少发电机维护的时间和成本，降低钻井平台油耗18%。节约成本的同时可以有效减少排放，氮氧化合物可减少约39%，硫排放物减少约20%，二氧化碳排放减少约22%。
西门子于2010年推出DP3闭环电力技术，在全球率先将此技术应用到实船并获得船级社认证。这一技术可有效减少主机运行和维护时间，提高主机操作灵活性和燃油经济性，减少温室及有害气体的排放。目前，西门子DP3闭环电力技术已经在全球十几条实船上得到成功应用。
